“Options -> Application Access -> Communications -> Network Access ->Ask first
time only”
Or while using the application, When the application tries to connect to the
server, it asks for users permission with options like (1)Ask me once (2)Ask me
everytime (3) Never ask. Please select “Ask me once”
Note: In case your application is updated to the
newer version automatically, and if it does not work properly, kindly delete the
application and get the fresh application from http://investarindia.com/mobile.
Please ignore, if you have installed the fresh copy of Investar Mobile.
Activate Advanced GPRS from your mobile service provider:
Airtel : Mobile Office
Vodafone : Vodafone Mobile Connect or VMC
MTNL : EDGE or MTNL GPRS
BSNL : EDGE or BSNL GPRS
Idea : Idea Internet
Note: Kindly contact your Service Provider to
provide above settings.
Airtel Mobile Office settings for those users whose application
does not work inspite of having Mobile Office settings. (As per Airtel customer
care.):
Menu --> Settings --> Default config. settings = "Mobile Office"
Menu --> Settings --> Press "Activated default in all apps"
Menu --> Settings --> Preferred Access Point = "Mobile Office"
Switch off the mobile handset, remove your SIM CARD and restart mobile again
