Remote Support in three easy steps!

Investar provides remote support to our users and it is a great option if the problem cannot be solved by email or phone support.
  1. Download Remote Support software (You can skip this step if you have AnyDesk installed)

  2. Start the Remote Support Software
  3. If you see Your ID, it means that the Remote Support Software can be used for providing remote support. Please share the ID with the Investar Support Executive, either by phone or e-mail. This is necessary to give him permission to remotely access your computer.



  4. That's it!
  5. After you have shared your ID with the Investar Support Executive, he will be able to connect to your computer to establish a remote support session and assist you in solving the problem.
